"Ant-Man" Movie Update: Marvel to Debut A Six-Minute Sneak Peak Before ‘Jurassic World’ IMAX Screenings

Marvel has something in store for the fans of the forthcoming movie "Ant-Man" that will be seeing the highly-anticipated "Jurassic World" in IMAX screens across the globe starting this Friday-a sweet 6-minute sneak peak of the smallest superhero's upcoming film.

Universal Pictures' fourth installment of the Jurassic Park film series, "Jurassic World" is set to be released in IMAX theaters starting this Friday, June 12; and along with its premiere comes a six-minute extended 3-D teaser of Marvel's next superhero film "Ant-Man".

CinemaBlend reports that IMAX has already confirmed that the teaser will be shown both domestically and internationally in front of screenings of the new dinosaur adventure movie. But what exactly the extensive footage is all about is still unknown. According to Entertainment Weekly, Marvel has not disclosed further information about the teaser, so for those who are dying to know, it is advised to see it in the bigger screen this weekend.

Director Peyton Reed's new Marvel hero movie stars Paul Rudd ("This is 40", "They Came Together"), Evangeline Lilly ("LOST," "The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies"), Corey Stoll ("This is Where I Leave You", "Non-Stop") and Michael Douglas ("The Game", "And So It Goes") and brings a founding member of The Avengers to the silver screen for the first time, according to Coming Soon.

It also stars Judy Greer ("Archer," "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes"), Martin Donovan ("Inherent Vice", "Insomnia"), John Slattery ("Mad Men," " Iron Man 2"), Bobby Cannavale ("Chef"," Blue Jasmine"), Abby Ryder Fortson ("Togetherness," "The Whispers"), Wood Harris ("Dredd","Remember the Titans"),Gregg Turkington ("Gravity Falls," "The Comedy"),David Dastmalchian ("The Dark Knight","Prisoners"), Michael Pena ("End of Watch", "Fury"), and T.I. ("Takers", "House of Lies")

With a script penned by Joe Cornish, Edgar Wright, Adam McKay and Paul Rudd, "Ant-Man" is expected to hit theaters on July 17, 2015.
