Jill and Jess Duggar’s Own Spinoff Show In the Works Amidst Josh’ Sex Scandal?

By

Jill and Jess Duggar might have a spinoff after the sex molestation scandal that their family is currently facing. A spinoff might be the family's saving grace after the network stop airing episodes from 19 Kids and Counting. Both Jill and Jess have the largest fan base among the Duggar family.

If there will be a spinoff, it would likely tackle the lives of Jill and Jessa and how they deal with their own families as reported by Hollywood Take. Amidst all the controversy, Jill still managed to throw a celebration for her son's two-month birthday.

As CNN money reported, Jill still has no confirmation if a spinoff is going to happen. This spinoff rumor has been on for months already but there was no reported progress on this project. During her interview with Fox' Megyn Kelly, Jill said that they still don't know if a show about the Duggar's younger generation would materialize.

Jill and Jessa also shared that they are the victims here. They think that it is unfair to disclose such horrible past which they have already moved on. They have forgiven Josh but shared that he needed to earn their trust.

To date, as reported by Inquisitr, some of the show's critics believe that Josh and his parents shouldn't be in a reality show where morals and values are being highlighted.

Last month, the Duggars had to face a controversy after a police report was made available to the public. This report contains statements from Jim and Michelle about the sexual molestation committed by their son, Josh. The young Josh was 14 or 15 when he confessed that he touched his sisters' private parts while they were sleeping. After knowing this, the Duggar parents decided to seek for treatment for their son.

A number of 19 Kids and Counting's sponsors already pulled out from the show which may have triggered TLC to immediately cancel the reality series.
