Fans of God of War 3 Remastered will surely be pleased to find out that a theme for PlayStation 4 has recently been revealed. At the same time, those who still do not have the game itself will be lucky if the rumor on the big bundle will really push through. The latter pertains to the combo which includes the upcoming 1TB PS4 from Sony along with a copy of the said game title.
Apart from these news, a recent report talks about an animated wallpaper of God of War 3 Remastered which would be for the port of PlayStation 3. It displays an infuriated Kratos taking some heavy breaths amidst an intense thunderstorm.
When it comes to the new theme for PlayStation 4, it features the sound effects on the menu. Some fans, however, do not find the metallic effect very appealing. Nonetheless, what makes up for it would be the stunning background. While the game has yet to be released, this cool bonus would be a good enough reason to make that pre-order.
This announcement came from Japan's Sony Computer Entertainment center. Fans should know that this is not a limited offer as all those who make the early purchase will be entitled to receive the PS4 theme of God of War 3 Remastered. Regardless of whether one chooses to buy the digital version or the retail one, the bonus will still be inclusive. For those in the US, more confirmation will still be needed as this is only verified for users in Japan as well as the rest of Asia.
There has already been an announcement that Microsoft will be launching its new 1TB Xbox One. With that, Sony will not be left in the shadows, if speculations would hold true, as it will also be revealing the "PS4 Big Bang" package, which will come with 1TB PlayStation 4 together with a God of War III Remastered copy.
God of War 3 Remastered will reach players come July 14th for PS4 in all regions. With regard to the theme, fans should stay posted when it will be available for those outside Japan and Asia.
