Caitlyn Jenner Updates: Reality star sued over fatal Malibu crash? Driver claims she 'sustained multiple injuries'?

Caitlyn Jenner has been recently named in her first lawsuit following her infamous photo shoot with Vanity Fair.

According to a report with TMZ, Jessica Steindorff who was the driver of the Prius that was hit by Caitlyn Jenner in February 7 in a fatal car accident on Malibu's Pacific Coast Highway that left one woman dead is coming forward and suing Jenner.

The report further stated that Steindorff claimed that she had ''sustained multiple physical injuries and lost wages.' She had listed the defendant as 'Bruce Jenner aka Cailtyn Jenner'. TMZ further reported that Jessica's exact injuries were not revealed in the lawsuit.

Jessica Steindorff, 29 is a Hollywood agent who counts Victoria's Secret Alessandra Ambrosio as one of her clientele had filed the lawsuit on Monday in Los Angeles. The Hollywood agent was said to be cooperative with investigators. She has also filed for unspecified damages.

Steindorff claimed that she stopped at behind a line of cars that were sitting at a red before she was rear-ended. The collision had killed a widow named Kim Howe after Jenner's SUV pushed her car into oncoming traffic.

Howe's stepchildren are currenltly suing Jenner for unspecified damages. Both are claiming loss of 'the love, affection, support, comfort, society, financial support and more from [Howe] upon whom they were dependent.' Howe lived alone and she had no other close relatives. She left behind an estate worth $2.5 million. Her stepchildren claimed they incurred multiple expenses other than the funeral.

Jenner's publicist has reportedly refused to comment on the lawsuit. However, Jenner wishes to dismiss the lawsuit filed by Howe's stepchildren. The reality star has also addressed her sentiments towards Howe's family.
