DC superheroes are finally teaming up and soon to appear in the big screen as Justice League Part 1 is currently being worked on. Casting for the film has started, although there are still character who do not have actors to play their role yet.
Man of Steel director Zack Snyder will be helming the movie, and casting has long been started for the film that will feature DC's most famous superheroes.
Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck are sure to reprise their roles as Superman and Batman respectively, as they also have a film, which DC fans probably know already, the Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice, which is set to be released in March next year.
Aside from them, Fast and Furious actress Gal Gadot is also part of the list as she's set to play Wonder Woman. Jason Momoa is set to play Aquaman, and will also make an appearance in Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice. Actor Ray Fisher will be playing the part human, part machine hero, Cyborg.
Also, confirmed to be part of the cast are Jeremy Irons as Alfred, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, and Laurence Fishborne as Perry White.
Of course casting is not complete yet, and although there are no confirmed reports yet, several actors are being rumored to play several roles in the movie.
San Andreas actor Dwayne Johnson, is rumored to be playing the role of Black Adam. Aside from him, actress Jenna Malone is also rumored to be playing the female Robin, while Lance Reddick who is rumored to be playing Martian Manhunter. Tao Okamoto is rumored to be playing Mercy Graves, and Jared Leto is rumored to appear in Justice League Part 1 as Joker. Leto will also be playing as the infamous adversary of Batman in Suicide Squad.
Henry Lennix will reportedly play as General Swanwick, and Christian Wren as Major Carrie Farris. Meanwhile, different actors are rumored to play Green Lantern. Tyrese Gibson is reportedly being considered to play John Stewart, while Dan Amboyer is being eyed on to play Hal Jordan. Reports suggest that DC is also considering Chris Pine for the role.
More details about the movie's cast and plot are hoped to be revealed in the coming days. Justice League Part 1 has been slated for a November 17, 2017 release.
