2015 appears to be a magnificent year for various AAA RPG titles, at least for Nintendo, with Monolith Soft's Xenoblade Chronicles X set to get a Western release to Wii U this coming December 4th.
This official announcement was first revealed at Nintendo's E3 Direct show where Monolith Soft's open-world mech Japanese RPG, Xenoblade Chronicles X, will be launching across North America to Wii U console before the year ends.
The game's setting is said to be located at a planet called MIra where one of Earth's seed ships codenamed 'New Los Angeles' crashed during a pursuit by an alien race at war with another. Players get to play the role of an operative for BLADE in a mission to recover lost life pods. The survivors are added to the growing population of New Los Angeles.
Xenoblade Chronicles X is considered as the video game equivalent to Knights of Sidonia where these two share similar story elements.
This latest Nintendo release which first hit Japan's shelves has earned mixed reviews but a lot of US fans anticipate to getting their hands on the mechs and exploring the adventure inside the epic open world where the characters live in.
