Mistresses Season 3 premiered in ABC last Thursday with a 2-hour long episode and casts are back to bring in more drama to the show.
With the Mistresses Season 3 Episode 1, viewers are curious on what will happen to Joss, portrayed by Jes Macallan, and Harry's, portrayed by Brett Tucker love story. Will the former sister-in-law and brother-in-law thing get in the love story of the two?
Macallan and Tucker talk it out with Huffing Post about their characters in the second season of the series.
Macallan said tha regarding the two-hour premiere, "It ended as a, 'We got to take a breath here. We have to let the dust settle'. How many times in anyone's life have you been like, 'If only the timing would have worked out.' And then on top of that, their circumstances are terrible with the fact that she's in love with her brother-in-law."
She added. "Everything is wrong, so it's like, 'Let's take a breath.'" "There's a huge amount of baggage, but there's no denying how they feel about each other -- that's the only certainty," Tucker chimed in. "Other than that, there are so many obstacles to overcome, it's overwhelming. So, it's going to take awhile to work through that and see what comes out the other side -- we don't even know what's going to happen at the moment, but we do know it's not easy."
So safe to say, their future relationship will be rough and dramatic to get into.
On the other hand, Alyssa Milano's character, Savi, will still be on the show. But, sadly, not physically. Her character will be mentioned in Mistresses Season 3 but she will not have an appearance.
Milano confirmed on her Twitter account her leaving the show when the location for the filming got moved to Vancouver.
"It's with a heavy heart that I have decided that I can't relocate," she said in a statement on Twitter last October. "I have two babies under 4. Being a mother and wife comes first and I just can not uproot my children and separate the family by moving away. I will miss this job desperately and wish everyone the absolute best."
So, Savi's story is definitely over even though in the past season she wanted to get back to Harry. Harry does not know this but Joss does. This might be another obstacle for the Harry and Joss couple to get together.
This new season 3 of Mistresses will definitely be more dramatic, hotter and steamier with its upcoming episodes airing on ABC every Thursdays at 9PM.
