The DC Universe superheroes are soon to fly into the big screen as casting for Justice League part 1 has begun. Casting for some of the main superheroes had been done but rumors have surfaced about the possible actors to join the cast.
It had been announced that Justice League will soon be filled by Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Ray Fisher as Victor Stone/Cyborg, Ben Affleck as Batman, and Henry Cavill as Superman. The latter two characters will also be seen sharing the big screen soon in 'Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice'.
Jason Momoa is soon to play Arthur Curry/Aquaman and Ezra Miller as Barry Allen/The Flash.They are also rumored to be making an appearance in 'Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice', with one of them to be seen as a prisoner, while the other stop a robbery.
Other characters to also appear in Justice League Part 1 are Jeremy Irons as Batman's trusted butler Alfred Pennyworth, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Diane Lane as Superman's Martha Kent, and Amy Adams as the journalist/Superman's love interest Lois Lane.
Also, several actors have been rumored to portray the roles for the movie. Inherent Vice actress Jenna Malone has been rumored to play Carrie Kelley/Robin, Dwaye 'The Rock' Johnson as Black Adam, and Lance Reddick as John Stewart/Martian Manhunter. Also, the rumor mill suggest that Tao Okamoto might be playing the role of Mary Graves and Harry Lennix as General Swanwick.
Meanwhile, the other vital hero for Justice League, Green Lantern, remains to be a blank spot as no actor has been officially announced to suit up the role. Several names associated for the role are Tyrese Gibson, Dam Amboyer, and Chris Pine.
Justice League Part 1 is to be directed by Zack Snyder, and screenplay by Chris Terrio. It is set to hit theaters in November 17, 2017.
