Hidetaka Miyazaki take the reins in Dark Souls III, promises fans that everything has been “arranged to kill you”.

This year's E3 certainly had gamers' blood pumping with all the exponentially expected and anticipated coming releases from powerful publishers and developers across the board. Dark Souls III is one among the vast selection of highly anticipated video games that are scheduled for an early 2016 release. From Software President Hidetaka Miyazaki has taken up directing the new installment to his critically acclaimed Souls series, where overcoming obstacles and the sense of accomplishment are given high regard above anything else.

VG24/7 sat down with Miyazaki at this year's E3 and voiced out what fans have been anticipating for, once news hit the worldwide web that the From Software president will once again be at the helm for the next installment to his beloved Souls series. In a nutshell, Dark Souls III is entirely designed to kill you every step of the way. With this knowledge, the player can actually use this to his advantage in order to overcome the difficult obstacles that Miyazak has in store for Dark Souls III.

Since the official Dark Souls III announcement trailer revealed at E3 last week, true fans have of the series have already dissected the short 2 minutes and 27 second clip. Miyazaki's Dark Souls III with its grand, Gothically beautiful, apocalyptic setting sets up the Souls series for definitely evolved gaming experience, and is a true promise for the future installments to the Souls Series. Miyazaki's respect for the cryptic is evident in all of the Souls installments, allowing for little explanation to the storyline, and letting players fill in the gaps based on the choices that they make throughout the game.

No doubt Dark Souls III will be the most difficult installment to the Souls Series. According to Miyazaki, however, while the game has evolved, so have the gameplay. Character movement, weapons, and the overall gameplay will be much improved in order for these tools to be helpful in overcoming the hardships and difficulty of in-game enemies and obstacles.

Hidetaka Miyazaki's initiative to take over the development of Dark Souls II definitely offers something grand and exciting for fans of the video game. The apocalyptic feel and intricate graphics and storyline of the upcoming game will bring the video game into greater heights once again.

Dark Souls III is scheduled for an early 2016 release for PC, PS4, and Xbox One gaming consoles.
