Caitlyn Jenner is beginning her heart-warming journey towards a new life in a touching docuseries, "I am Cait." The series will focus primarily on Jenner reveals her emotional ride towards becoming Caitlyn.
In a report with Variety, Caitlyn Jenner reveals all in the E! docuseries. The upcoming TV series had earned much hype since Caitlyn made her debut earlier this month on the cover of Vanity Fair. The show will primarily focus on the former Olympian documenting the reason why she wanted to make the transition in the first place.
"Why did I decide to do a series?" Jenner said in the promo. "I am telling my story. People don't understand looking into the mirror and nothing seems right, putting on clothes that you really don't identify with. This is about getting to be who you really are."
The promo for "I am Cait" showcases Caitlyn in some emotional family scenes. The former Olympian was also seen giving his youngest daughter Kylie Jenner a tearful hug. The 65-year old is even seen going through her brand new closet, undoubtedly filled with designer outfits and even a tiara.
"We're going to do a lot of fun things for the first time. We're going to go shopping for the first time," the star teased.
Jenner also gets serious in the promo as she is seen bonding with Kylie Jenner. The 65-year old opens up about finding self especially in a world where discrimination is still a thing.
"People don't understand looking into the mirror and nothing seems right... putting on clothes that you really just don't identify with," said an emotional Jenner.
Jenner is also seen riding a motorcyle in the promo, saying that she still enjoys all her activities that she had picked up when she was still Bruce Jenner.
"Maybe [we'll] even [do] some boy stuff, like ride a motorcycle-because girls do that too!" she said excitedly.
Since her debut as Caitlyn Jenner, the Vanity Fair cover mode promised to work "for the good."
I am Cait debuts on E! this June 26.
