Jessica Lucas has been unleashed to play the role 'Tigress' in Gotham Season 2. As Lucas covered everything for Fox's 'Gracepoint', she landed to be playing the role for the incoming season of this much awaited series. Lucas is expected and other co-stars of the DC Comics-based drama series to be aired on September 21. Lucas will be paired with James Frain as her brother in the series, Theo Galavan. The Galavan duo are expected to bring violence and chaos to the busy and dark streets of Gotham city.
According to TvLine, the actress will be playing the roles of Tabitha Galavan aka the Tigress. Fox even described the roles of Jessica to be "sexy and violent" and "the opposite of her cold and calculating brother, deriving a sensual pleasure from the mayhem she's tasked with making." In which, Tabitha's brother named Theo will be played by co-star James Frain in this upcoming season. IGN also included in their report that Jessica's rendition of Tigress in the Gotham series will be equipped with a bullwhip.
The series 'Gotham' is the origin story untold by many about the great DC heroes and villains, like Tigress. According to ComingSoon, the show is expected to be showing back stories that were never told before on it's latest season. These stories will help viewers understand the personality and as to how the villains and heroes of the DC comics came to be. The show is currently written and produced by Bruno Heller, whom which also produced and written the shows 'Mentalist' an 'Rome'.
Before her role as Tabitha Galavan, aka the 'Tigress', Jessica Lucas had numerous shows where she was seen before. Other credits for Lucas includes: 90210, CW's Melrose Place, Friends with Benefits, Cult, Canadaian series Edgemont and CSI. The most awaited second season of 'Gothm' will be released on Monday, September 21, 2015.
