New downloadable content is headed to Mortal Kombat X this July which will add a new character to the character roster. The Predator, who was revealed a few months ago, is finally heading to Mortal Kombat X as a guest fighter with all of his alien technology ready to fight for you! Now fans know what to expect from this alien because of some leaked footage that shows his fighting style and killer finishers.
It seems that The Predator will be living up to his name because he's coming in to hunt down your enemies in Mortal Kombat X as a guest fighter. First hinted a few months back, The Predator will be available as DLC this July according to a report by Christiantoday. He will be coming in with a few character skins like the Carl Weathers Jax skin to give us the complete Predator experience
Everyone's excited to test him out because according to Gamespot, Xbox user Sonicdude20th has uploaded a series of videos showing off Predator and Carl Weathers Jax taking on a series of challengers. On the other hand, Reddit user grassisalwayspurpler has compiled some screengrabs for Predator and Carl Weathers Jax, among others.
The YouTube videos by YouTuber KommunityFinishHim that are featured on vg247 show how The Predator fights using his alien technology. He also uses punches and kicks to fight and together with his dual blade claws, he impales his enemies before throwing them. This gives players some time to make their next move before their enemy gets up. There are many combos that you can try to make with this. If you toss an enemy upwards, the Predator can throw sharp projectiles to prolong his airborne state and follow up another move before he lands. The Fatality in the video shows the Predator impaling his enemy before giving a nice clean cut through his head.
Mortal Kombat X is a fighting game developed by NetherRealm Studios and High Voltage Software for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One. It was released last April 14, 2015 and it has two DLC packs as of today.
