Dishonored 2 will make for an exciting sequel early in 2016 as Emily will have a bigger role to play in the game. Apart from this, gamers will have plenty of time to be caught up with the gameplay as it will offer the choice between two protagonists, each having their own unique attributes. Find out what the co-founder of Arkane Studios and game co-director has to say about what's to come in a recent interview.

The debut of Dishonored 2 sparked a lot of excitement from players, even with its cinematic aspects, as the original release in 2012 really made a mark. The adventure of Corvo Attano will open to new experiences, but it is not only him who will be coming back. From the trailer, as noted in Gamezone, the return of an more mature Emily Kaldwin is very much highlighted.

In an interview with Mashable, Raphael Colantonio, who is the game co-director as well as the co-founder of Arkane Studios had much to reveal. He said, "Emily in the first one was really an anchor to the world... There was not much worth saving other than her. So she became really interesting to us."

Players will have to decide early on in Dishonored 2 whether they will stick to playing as Corvo as they also now have the option to go by Emily, who has her own unique abilities. She follows after the style of her father. Apart from the characters, the setting itself has much to contribute to the feel of the gameplay.

The industrial city of Dunwall gave a very realistic feel for what Corvo had to go through, along the back alleys and the streets. Dishonored 2 will continue to use these elements to bring forth an ever-growing thrill for fans.

Dishonored 2 has yet to have a specific release date, although it is set to come out early in 2016 for new generation consoles as well as the PC. Fans of the original game should keep posted for more updates on this one.
