While Paramount Pictures' "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2" has roughly one more year left before its June 2016 premiere, more details about the highly anticipated film are revealed one by one. Recently, another leaked video and a few photos have been revealed online, featuring the iconic motorcycles used by Rocksteady and Bebop.
According to International Business Times, the video that was posted on the YouTube channel of Ninja Pizza, shows the motorcycles that will be used in the movies. Stephen Farrelly and Gary Anthony Williams who will be playing the role of Rocksteady and Bebop respectively, will be the ones riding the revealed vehicles.
Prior to the revelation of this video, a few photos from the set of the upcoming live-action film "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2" have already been unveiled by the site Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. One of it features Bebop's three-wheeled ride which is painted in gold and has a few spikes designed on it, as well as Rocksteady's which is gray in color and has spikes on the tank. According to the report, the film might include a battle scene on the road involving the mentioned characters.
Screenrant notes that Bebop's motorcycle is more "eye-catching" and "flashier" as it highlights the spikes designed on it. Rocksteady's on the other hand, has a "simpler" appearance, having aimed at "holding weaponry and ammunition". Though the pair has mutated in the cartoons, it is still unclear whether they will undergo the same changes in the live-action adaptation.
The site assumes that if the two characters do transform into a warthog and a rhinoceros, they would be "quite large" since the heroes in the franchise are not small, compared to how they appear in the cartoons. Thus, the villainous characters of Farelly and Williams can be possibly turns in to "very large and imposing humans."
Meanwhile, the production of the highly awaited sequel is currently on-going. With "Earth To Echo's" David Green as the director, the film stars Megan Fox, Will Arnett, William Fichtner and newcomers Tyler Perry, Brian Tee, and Stephen Amell. Alan Ritchson, Jeremy Howard, Pete Ploszek, and Noel Fisher will reprise their roles as Raphael, Donatello, Leonardo (Johnny Knoxville did the voice), and Michelangelo.
"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2" is scheduled to be released on June 3, 2016, in the U.S.
