With roughly two months left before its September premiere, more details about the upcoming sequel "The Maze Runner: Scorch Trials" are revealed. Dylan O'Brien spoils plot of the upcoming film and what awaits the Gladers beyond the wall.
Entertainment Weekly has revealed a photo last week which features the franchise's lead star Dylan O'Brien fretfully staring at something beyond the wall. According to Yibada, Dylan O'Brien who plays the role of Thomas in the franchise revealed in an interview with Hollywire TV that his character will be surprised in finding out what lies beyond the maze. It was noted before that during the first film, the group of adults called Gladers got out of the gigantic and monster-filled maze. While it might look like the story is about to end now, O'Brien notify its viewers and fans that the upcoming "The Maze Runner: Scorch Trials" is where the adventures and challenges only begins.
The 23-year-old actor has also hinted that leaving the maze might be the worst decision they have ever made. Having no walls to protect them anymore, the characters of the sequel now struggle hard for survival. This scuffle is seen on the looks of O'Brien's character in the photo revealed last week by 20th Century Fox via Entertainment Weekly. The photo shows Thomas, staring intently and anxiously at something, with a couple of his fellow former Gladers behind him.
