Cinema Blend reports that a new enemy will be replacing Eobard Thawne's role. This villain is named Zoom, who is said to be the main antagonist in 'The Flash' Season 2. The new baddie is described as being faster than both The Flash and Reverse-Flash.
Executive Producer Andrew Kriesberg also revealed something about Zoom. He said, "We've got a couple villains we don't want to share, yet. We're really excited about Zoom, how that presents, the challenges he brings to our characters. He's going to be terrifying and scary, and fast."

It was also added that Shantel VanSanten will play Patty Spivot, who is said to be Barry's new love interest. Additionally, it was confirmed that Wally West will appear in Season 2, though they didn't say who will be playing him.
Perhaps, the major spoiler revealed during the SDCC 2015 was about Barry's new costume and new power. In 'The Flash' season 2, Barry will have a new costume, and he would also have a new power that would involve lightning.
Grant Gustin confirmed in an interview that Barry would have a new mentor and he would have a new power that involves lightning.
"I mentioned he'll have a new mentor in Season 2. In the second episode they're already working together and in the second episode, Barry does something new with his powers that is really exciting to me. We've never done it before. It's pretty different than anything else we've done... It involves lightning," said Gustin.
