So as a turn into the unusual, Legend of Zelda was not exhibited in 2015's E3. Fans of the game must be wondering as a whole where the game is, or better yet, is it not supposed to be out by now? Nintendo now looks at stating an explanation to the mass that deserves to be enlightened where their classic savior really is, or what is to become of the game in the near future.
Relatively, the previous hype that took place from last year was merely enough to create an avalanche of speculation, as mostly stated in IGN.com. Statistically speaking, it was brought about by Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aime that showcasing The Legend of Zelda would presumably be not a great proposition. Direct answers have been carried out by the president on the same website.
Mr. Fils-Aime was quoted, saying, "We just fundamentally don't believe in showing content at E3 that is going to be a long term proposition." In addition to which, he said, "We like to show content that typically will launch in the upcoming Holiday and maybe extending into the first half of the following year. And at this point, the new Zelda for Wii U is not a 2015 project."
Technobuffalo.com also has the same conversation where in Mr. Fils-Aime declared, "There's also a recognition that we didn't want to frustrate the consumer. We could have scored a lot of points and showed some little tidbit of Zelda Wii U, but in our collective opinion the belief was, in the end, that would cause more frustration than benefit."
As disappointing to the fans as it may seem, the announcement of the game being released this year created a resounding anticipation from players across the globe. The delay was more than an excruciating blow to that expectation, though. It was certainly a risky move from the side of Nintendo, but the fact that they opted to not show anything at all and kept everything discreet for the moment, may prove a more rational point than what was meant to be. With gamespot.com being up to date, the pandemonium seems to just build up as the months come by.
As this unceasing commotion takes the Zelda world by storm, rest assured that the game WILL come out for Wii U by 2016.
