'Beauty and the Beast', the latest live-action musical adaptation of the classic tale of the same name, is currently in production before its release on March 17, 2017. Actress Emma Watson, who plays the lead character Belle, continues to evade boyfriend rumors in between filming after breakup with long-time boyfriend Matthew Janney.
Even though the UN Goodwill Ambassador and 'Harry Potter' breakout star is particularly private about her love life, she had been linked to several celebrities over the recent years. She recently denied a relationship with Prince Harry when numerous speculations spread about the royal-match after her split with British rugby player Janney, who she dated for a year.
Watson's cinematic resume is lined up with several projects in the upcoming years and the busy 25-year old seems keen in dispelling more rumors surrounding her off-screen relationships. This may be why she chose to be spotted out in public bounded by friends. According to Mirror UK, she hung out with musician friend Taylor Swift and her group at the latter's concert in Hyde Park a month ago.
She was also seen at a hot celebrity hangout in London called the Chiltern Firehouse, according to The Daily Mail.
It seems Watson's time off is dedicated to catching up with friends especially after she accounted that filming can get intimidating. According to The Telegraph, Watson revealed how terrified she was of the singing that came with her role. She said, "I've never had to do that for a film role before, and I think people will be interested to see me do something very different like that... It gives me a different challenge, really. That's terrifying in and of itself!"
Watson is currently working alongside an all-star cast in the live action adaptation including Dan Stevens of 'Downton Abbey' (Beast), Luke Evans of 'The Hobbit' (Gaston), Ewan McGregor of 'Trainspotting' (Lumiere) as well as Golden Globe awardees Emma Thompson (Mrs. Potts) and Sir Ian McKellen (Cogsworth). 'Beauty and the Beast' will be directed by Bill Condon.
