It's another one big adventure for Jack Sparrow, as he's set to return in the big screen for Pirates of the Caribbean 5 titled Dead Men Tell No Tales. Orlando Bloom's Will Turner is coming back and is rumored to play a bigger role this time. Brenton Thwaites might be introduced as Turner's son.
After reports of injuries in the cast, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales will soon hit theaters. Jack Sparrow himself, Johnny Depp, and actress Kaya Scodelario have sustained injuries during filming in the past months.
Aside from the injuries, photos and videos have also been leaked online, and a drone was even spotted lurking in the set, which was caught on video by director Joachim Ronning, and later posted it on Instagram. But no matter the delay and leaked videos and photos, it didn't stop the production, and now, filming has officially concluded for the movie.
Pirates of the Caribbean 5 will once again feature Jack Sparrow being his sometimes courageous, most of the time crazy yet adorable self, embark on another adventure. This time, Sparrow is set to find the mythical Trident of Poseidon, to ward off his nemesis Captain Salazar.
Aside from that, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales will also witness the return of Orlando Bloom's character, Will Turner and he will be taking over the responsibilities that Davey Jones has left behind in "At World's End".
He might also come back as a father, as reports suggest that in the previous film, Will and Elizabeth had a son. With that being stated, rumors are now swirling that Brenton Thwaites might enter the film either as Will's son, or an entirely new character.
Thwaites also reportedly revealed about the film saying, "It's about a young man who wants to reconnect with his father, Davy Jones. There's a curse that prevents him from doing that. I think it's about how he goes around that and tries to fix it and he has to save his dad," Thwaites said.
Pirates of the Caribbean 5: Dead Men Tell No Tales cast also includes Geoffrey Rush, Javier Bardem, Kevin McNally, Stephem Graham, and many others. It is directed by Joachim Ronning and Espen Sandberg. Look for it in theaters on July 7, 2017.
