What Destiny Fans Want to See in the Next 2.0.0 Update?

Transmogrification. Gun skins. Additional matchmaking options. Weapon rebalancing. Additional storage or vault options. The Destiny community has voiced out what they wish to see in the upcoming Destiny update 2.0.0.

In Bungie's official community forum for Destiny, game fanatics have shared out-and-out their game wish list for the shooter video game ranging from the extraordinary down to the most modest parts of the game. The developer's online community manager DeeJ sifted out the most common or recurring themes in the forum.

However, he noted that the accumulated common wishes of the forum members "doesn't represent" Bungie's To-Do List.

"While we can't promise that every idea is being worked on, we do want to confirm that you've been heard. Our goal is to include you in our process wherever we can," DeeJ wrote.

Nevertheless, he encouraged gamers to begin a new topic on the domain's feedback board whether or not they wanted what have been enlisted because "popular opinion matters."

"Topics that trend on this forum are more powerful than comments on this post," DeeJ added.

To ensure a healthy community forum and to keep the ball rolling for Destiny updates, Bungie has promised to post weekly news updates on the site.

Here are the most frequent community wishes for Destiny:

1. Transmogrification

2. Private Crucible Matches

3. Gun Skins

4. Guardian Facial Hair

5. Vault Sorting Options

6. Crucible Map Voting

7. Expanding Faction Interaction

8. Aim Assist Toggle Option

9. Rotating Stock on Tower Vendors

10. Dismantle Consumable Items

11. Additional Matchmaking Options

12. Weapon Rebalancing

13. Material Stack Size Increase

14. Additional Storage/Vault Options

Other interesting game wishes from the community forum of Destiny includes a new character, a third person option, open worlds, ship wars, natural storm or weather occurrences, ghost skins, and so many other suggestions.

Meanwhile, Bungie sees its success with the constant updates and the two expansion packs. Destiny's developer is now on the verge of releasing the game's biggest expansion yet: The Taken King, which is set to release in the coming months.

Last week, fans already had a glimpse at how quests and bounties would be changing with the expansion.

Destiny: The Taken King is set to release on September 15, 2015 for PS4, PS3, Xbox One and Xbox 360.
