Dying Light 2 Big Features Coming: Mesh Importing and Multiplayer Support; Techland Makes a Humorous Tweet Towards Bungie’s Destiny

With Dying Light 2 big features coming, avid gamers will continue to have an exquisite gameplay experience that just keeps getting better. Certainly, Techland is keeping consistent with delivering both paid and free DLC for the game which just released in January this year. With the end of the title's Season Pass with The Bozak Horde content, fans of the game could still expect more improvements.

According to a recent article on Dying Light, the new features to come are actually modding tools. Tymon Smektala, the Game Producer, shared in an interview with Gamezone, "Our engine and programming wizards are constantly pushing what they can add to the tools so that's really cool from their side... They're actually adding 2 big features really soon."

The first one is referred to as mesh importing, where players will be able to import objects of their choice to be incorporated in the game. The producer comments, "I feel some weird stuff is coming our way." He also mentioned that this new feature is hopefully ready in 2 weeks, although that is just an estimate.

Apart from the mesh importing feature, Techland is also seeking to add support for multiplayer. Smektala notes, "Since co-op is a huge part of the Dying Light experience, this is something fans have been asking for quite relentlessly so we gotta give them what they want!" This would be the gist of the 2 major features, where more specific info should be coming soon.

On the other end, another report talks about the humor that Techland injected into Dying Light as a way to point out what happened between Bungie's Destiny and Red Bull. Through Twitter, a poster was shown where, instead of the energy drink, players would have to drink water in order to level up their game.

The news of Dying Light 2 big features coming will surely revamp the title. It has already been released last January 2015, where several DLC packs have already been added. Fans of the game should keep posted for more details on the new features as well as more content. With regard to having the Dying Light 2 sequel, it is not a far cry for Techland, although the developer is still putting its efforts into the original title.
