The incomparable legacy of Super Mario Bros. has outlived almost any existing 2D game in the industry. After the last expansion of the game release in 2006, Nintendo looks to make a different run for the series with Super Mario Maker.
What makes the game very captivating is the option for the players to create the stages or levels for one another. This allows the fans' creativity to come to play. IGN states that all players, different ages and plain fans alike will feel satisfaction as Super Mario Maker itself takes imagination to the limit as the levels of the game expand the world over.
Just like drawing on a sheet of paper, the Wii U Gamepad allows instant ease for any player to construct their own levels as they desire which includes the pipes and obstructions in the game.
Nintendo declared that they are to release two special Mario amiibo to pay tribute the 30th year Anniversary of the Super Mario Bros. game, wherein interactively, once a player touches the amiibo in Super Mario Maker, a Big Mushroom Power-up will be added to the course, and will permit Mario to virtually go through and break the obstacles of the levels.
Aside from the said amiibo, there will also be various other amiibo for Super Mario Maker which can be activated through the use of Mystery Mushroom. Definitely, the item gives Mario somewhat the ability to morph into the other characters like the Wii Fit Trainer, Link and Kirby alongside their animation traits and even their sound effects.
Of course, some work needs to be done to acquire the said character mods. The 100 Mario Challenge mode must be accomplished. Then again, there's another way, wherein the player can tap the character compatible amiibo straight from the Wii U GamePad. In addition to that, a 100-page book will be included to the game, wherein players may be assisted in what types of levels they can construct.
Super Mario Maker is scheduled to be released on September 11, 2015. A few months more, Super Mario Bros. fans!
