Mail Online published on their website some photos of Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher's child Wyatt, not only once but twice. With this, the newlywed couples are suing the British online magazine. The legal papers were filed in London's High Court, with help from the couple's legal counsel, Paul Tweed.
Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher brought to the High Court of London their complaint about Mail Online's wrongful publication where their child Wyatt was involved. Mail Online, a British online website published two articles with Wyatt's photos on it, taken during their vacation.
The couple's lawyer, Paul Tweed had said "Ashton and Mila understandably value their private and family life, and in particular their personal time with their daughter." Mail Online also used the photos of their child for "promoting clothing products by the Mail," according to Komo News.
Tweed also added that "Like any other family they should be allowed to enjoy family outings without being pursued by photographers. They have made it clear that they do not agree to the publication of photographs of such occasions."
Celebuzz also stated that Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis "do not tolerate anyone who publishes any photos of their baby girl Wyatt without their permission." The paparazzi of the online publication photographed the Kutcher family on their private outings and for 'breaching' the Data Protection Act, which made the couple decide to take legal action on it.
This isn't the first time the online tabloid had been sued, as many other celebrities took to court their complaints. The Hollywood Reporter wrote that Angelina Jolie once sued Mail Online for publishing a video of her and was alleged of being under the influence of heroin.
George Clooney on the other side said that The Daily Mail was the 'worst kind of tabloid' when it published a story about his wife Amal Alamuddin's mother.
