Just recently, Nintendo has just released their latest DLC bundle of Super Smash Bros 4 which includes four new crossover characters from different game franchises. Now gamers will be able to download and play Roy from 'Fire Emblem,' Lucas from 'Mother 3,' Mewtwo from 'Pokemon,' and Ryu from 'Street Fighter.
It will be remembered that last April, the Smash 4 community have participated in giving ideas to Nintendo as the latter came up with the Fighter Ballot, which encouraged gamers to vote in who they would like to see as DLC fighters in Super Smash Bros 4.
One of the special highlights of the DLC Bundle is 'Street Fighter's' Ryu. As reviewed in The Guardian, Ryu's character movements were described as "unique," and "technical," which makes his inclusion in the series a great one.
Aside from Ryu, 'Fire Emblem's' Roy, who is also known as the 'Young Lion,' makes a comeback in a newly-designed outfit. Smash Bros advice gamers to use Roy's skills in winning over the enemies through his flame-based attacks.
There is also Lucas from 'Mother 3,' a cute little boy with psychic abilities who can fight his opponents with his smash attacks and a rope snake.
Lastly, there's that famous villain from the 'Pokemon' movie, Mewtwo. This bad-ass villain can blow off the enemies away with his Psystrike.
Nintendo will be releasing other new characters for Super Smash Bros 4, but as of press time, there is still no announcements regarding this. Although some gamers may find the new character launch as somewhat late, gamers will enjoy the game with a variety of characters to play with and choose from.
Meanwhile, other game characters have been Smashified, or was reinterpreted in a YouTube video by Artsy Omni as shared by iDigitalTimes. The characters were picked from the gamers' votes in the Fighter Ballot. Some of the potential Super Smash Bros 4 characters who were Smashified by Omni are Travis of 'Mother 4,' Shovel Knight, Shantae, Rayman, King K. Rool of 'Donkey Kong,' Inkling, Bomberman, and Banjo and Kazooie.
