Monster Hunter X is the latest entry in the Monster Hunter series. Famitsu Magazine will reveal more details in the upcoming game this week including the new set of weapons, hunting style and improved gameplay experience.
In a post shared by Geek Snack, the Japanese magazine, Famitsu, will be featuring Monster Hunter X in a 10-page coverage that gives all the details about the game's new monsters, 14 kinds of weapons, and four new hunting styles that give emphasize to different tactics, alongside more surprises.
Just last month, Capcom has announced that they will be coming up with major additions to Monster Hunter X. True enough, there will be a lot of new content in the game for the players to enjoy with.
Pixel Dynamo gives us a very detailed information about these four hunting styles, namely, the Bushido style, the Aerial style, the Striker style, and the Guild style. The Bushido style gives the hunter the ability to counter a monster's attack with a great blow of his own.
The Aerial style, on the other hand, gives the players the ability to do mid-air, jumping attacks, which resembles the mounting and verticality attacks in Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate.
Striker Style centers in aggression. It equips you with three special, different techniques to use for your weapon. And lastly, there's the Guild style, which pro hunters use to go on their fights.
Siliconera gives us a glimpse of the two new monsters that have been added to Monster Hunter X. One is the Bird Wyvern type of creature, that prefers being in the dark, called Hororo-Horuru, and a mammoth, fanged-beast monster called Gamut.
Monster Hunter X will be exclusively released in Japan and will be available for Nintendo 3DS on November 28, 2015. It will be launched as part of a new 3DS bundle. Capcom also announced that the Monster Hunter Stories will be playable from September 17 to 21, 2015 at the Tokyo Game Show.
