Jennifer Garner appeared to be a lot more cheerful while she was filming scenes with her on- screen daughter in her latest film entitled "Miracles from Heaven". As the divorce between him and husband continues to heat-up, rumors of Ben's alleged relationship with the family's ex-nanny surface.
The 43- year old mom of three was spotted in her smiley mood on the set of her new movie on Thursday in Atlanta, Georgia while her estranged husband Ben Affleck was hanging out with some of his guy buddies. But then, it was also reported that he has been in and out in Atlanta to visit his kids after announcing that the two were divorcing. Garner had a smile plastered on her face when she's saying her lines with her on- screen daughter, played by Kylie Rogers.
Earlier this week, reports are claiming that Affleck and the couple's former nanny are having an affair. US Weekly claimed that the two had their relationship before the announcement of him and Garner's split- up and they even posted a picture of Affleck and the nanny. But then Ben Affleck attacked the reporters, calling the rumors and reports as garbage and he even claimed to take legal action against the reports. Affleck's representative defended him in Los Angeles Times, saying, "This is a false and baseless story based on innocuous photos, and we're looking at pursuing legal actions."
Other sources close to the couple say that rather than the rumors of infidelity, what really caused the both of them to decide on filing a divorce is the growing differences between Affleck and Garner. The source revealed what the couple has been going through in People magazine, "He couldn't deal with her expectations. When you're told you're not good enough, you start to believe it."
While Jennifer Garner appeared to be very happy about her career and her latest movie, she has also been working really hard for it. She has been staying in Atlanta for several weeks with her co- star Queen Latifah, despite her heartaches after announcing the divorce and the split- up drama has been spreading out publicly.
