Guitar Hero Live has fans all-out excited with its return this year. ActiVision, along with FreeStyle Games are making the roster even more exciting as new songs are already placed on the list. Here are some of the songs that fans are to get ready with for the upcoming installment.
Some of the biggest rock songs from the past and present generations have been put together by Guitar Hero Live and its developers, FreeStyle Games. According to IGN, some of the songs include Megadeth's Hangar 18, In Flames' Deliver Us, Boston's More Than a Feeling, You Me at Six's Lived a Lie, Blink 182's The Rock Show and Rush's Limelight.
With the extended standards of the previous Guitar Hero games, the latest patch of the game looks to make more than just the conventional rock songs to be on the list. The updated list was reported by Game Informer to contain the songs of Rush, Kasabian, Club Foot, Kings of Leon, Panic! At the Disco, Passion Pit, Dream Theater and MGMT. Along with the said lineup, currently uprising artists such as Charli XCX, Echosmith, James Bay, American Authors and many more will be part of the new patch.
Other notable rock icons have been long awaited by fans and are ready to make more than what was due. Bands such as Black Veil Brides, Architects, Band of Skulls, Beartooth, Alt-J and a handful of others may not be too familiar to the non-avid rock fanatics, but will still make a wonderfully harmonious mess of things.
The Guitar Hero franchise has always been known for the everlasting riffs and stand out chords that drive fans wild, giving the feeling that they really are on stage. But recent news however, reported by GameSpot, claims that there will be an option in the game that permits players to actually sing as well. This is to give a more interactive approach to the musicality of the game.
Guitar Hero Live is scheduled to be released on October 20, 2015 for the next gen consoles.
