After Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux wedding in Bel Air on August 5, Brad Pitt expressed his joy over his ex-wife's marriage to her now-husband.
A source told Hollywood Life that as soon as the "Fight Club" actor, 51, discovered Jen's tying the knot he claimed that he's happy for the "Friends" star.
"He still loves her and cares for her and always hoped she would find love again. Brad feels they can officially close the door on the past for good now that Jennifer is married. It's great that these two are finally able to move on with their lives now that both of them are married," the insider told the magazine.
Angelina Jone's husband knows Justin Theroux, 43, and he thinks that he's a cool guy. He felt bad for Jen during the time he fell in love with now-wife actress/ director/humanitarian. The source added Pitt always wished that Jen would found someone who will be there for her.
After the couple's wedding at their $22 million Bel-Air mansion on Wednesday, the couple jetted off to South Pacific Island Bora Bora for their honeymoon. The "Cake" actress and her actor/screenwriter husband were believed to be staying at a lavish Four Seasons resort where staying a week costs around $1 million.
Close pal and Maid of honor Courtney Cox and her "Horrible Bosses" costar Jason Bateman joined the new husband and wife on their honeymoon.
Earlier Aniston and Theroux's wedding has been kept private by letting their guests appear they're attending Theroux's birthday instead of a wedding. Will Arnett, Jason Bateman, Lake Bell, Tobey Maguire, Ellen DeGeneres, and Jimmy Kimmel were some of the invites during the nuptial. Howard Stern and Robert Downey Jr. gave toasts to the couple, according to Perez Hilton.
Meanwhile, after Aniston and Theroux's wedding, the "We're The Millers" star had recently signed a $5 million deal to Emirates Airlines. The new bride will be the new face of the Dubai airline as she will appear on TV and print ads worldwide, Daily Mail reports.
Aniston and Theroux met in 2011 in the set of Wanderlust. After a year they got engaged. She was previously married to actor Brad Pitt from years 2000 to 2005.
