Outspoken Demi Lovato opened up everything during her interview with Cosmopolitan magazine for September cover issue. On the cover, a new Demi Lovato wearing sexy outfits while revealing her well toned curves was featured.
As usual, the pretty singer had been honest in answering all questions thrown at her. The 22-year-old "Cool for the Summer" singer talks about everything from her boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama, drugs, music and why at one time she was "super jealous" with her co-Disney star Miley Cyrus, according to Entertainment Online.
"There was a time when I was jealous of people who were able to party," Demi reveals. "For instance, Miley -- in her music video 'Can't Stop,' her whole thing was partying and not giving a f**k. Part of me was super jealous that I couldn't be like that. I had to look at my life and be like, 'Okay, that's just not what you can do. There's no need to be bitter about it."
When asked about her boyfriend, the brunette singer expressed how grateful she is for her boyfriend whom she credited her recovery. She was also proud to say that the '70s Show actor is the reason why she's on the right track now. She gushed he never left her when everyone advised he's going to be sucked down with her,according to E! News.
The two met when she was 18 and then she went to rehab due to her drugs dependency. She claimed she's ready to marry him, Pop Sugar reports. During the interview she admitted in five years they've been together, the only time they broke off was when she's relapsing.
Lovato also claimed that Valderrama is not the jealous type. In fact, he gets along well with her ex- Nick Jonas. The brunette singer was surprised when she knew the two were friends but later she realized everything was just fine because Joe was a cool guy.
When it comes to her music, she compared herself to Rihanna and Nicki Minaj who have own style of music. According to her boyfriend, Demi will redefine pop culture in the coming months. She's on the path for mega-stardom he added.
