There's a new cat fight in town--Rihanna gets jealous over Rita Ora's newest music video Body on me where Ora gets intimate with Chris Brown.
The 24-year-old British singer/songwriter Rita Ora released her newest single Body On Me in collaboration with the 26-year-old R&B singer Chris Brown. The video is said to be Rita's most intimate music video to date.
Recently, Ora has been very busy in promoting her newest song which has brought the British singer straight into the hollywood spotlight again. With the seductive and steamy scenes performed on the video, 27-year-old Rihanna, a Barbadian singer and actress and also Chris Brown's former girlfriend, got jealous upon hearing about it.
According to IB times, Chris and Rihanna holds a long history of love and hate relationship. Chris Brown even stated that he knew Rihanna since they were 14-15 years old during an interview with Tim Westwood. Chris Brown notoriously beat Rihanna which caused severe injuries on her face, nosebleed, and a split lip. The dreadful incident led to a public break up but the couple remained in a complicated relationship.
On the contrary, despite Rihanna's terrible experience with her former boyfriend, she still got jealous upon hearing about the song collaboration--most especially the music video. In addition, ok.co.uk reports that Rihanna even stated that Rita Ora is personally intending to disrespect her by this clever collaboration.
Even before the making of the intimate music video, Rita Ora was reportedly banned by Rihanna's Met Gala post celebration because of Rita Ora's unlikely friendship with Chris Brown. The British singer was allegedly warned to not trespass on the said celebration under any circumstances.
Moreover, Entertainment Wise mentioned that the two singers were compared to each other, making Rihanna very annoyed about the comparison with the Blonde female British singer regarding their sense of style and way of singing.
After the release of Rita Ora's Body On Me music video, the rift between her and Rihanna grew bigger. Rihanna also prefered Gwen Stefani to be the singer over Rita Ora on the intimate collaboration.
