In the latest season 1 episode 3, "Stewed Awakening Pt.2 at ″Stewarts & Hamiltons", things have spiraled out-of-control when musician Ashley Hamilton discovered that his model girlfriend Ali Stepka was smoking joint at the recording studio.
Hamilton who battled smoking drugs in the past was shocked to know that his girlfriend was smoking weeds. In the scene, Ashley asked Ali if she's smoking weed. Without hesitation, Ali affirmed "a little," E! News reports.
"I went through a hard time with drugs and alcohol and I've been to rehab many times," Ashley says of his current sobriety. "I was walking down the streets and people were moving out of the way because they thought I was a homeless person. That's how bad it got for me. I love Ali, but when there's something like that around and I used to do it a lot, it scares me."
Ashley felt bad and walked out from Ali. The model then followed him inside. Ashley confronted his girlfriend and told that smoking weed could be cool. But to do that around people who are "recovering addicts" is definitely not good. Ashley felt torn after his girlfriend confirmed she's not ready to give up her weed smoking, Daily Mail reports.
Meanwhile, Ashley turned to her mom Alana for some advice. During breakfast, he brought up to his mom that he has no problem with people doing drugs but good if they can handle it. Her mom was alarmed of Ali's smoking joint since she's a bad influence for her son, 'who's now clean from doing drugs.
Ali has to make a choice, whether to give up her vices or end their relationship. Ashley finally asked his girlfriend about her growing addiction. Ali made him happy when she decided to stop it if that will mean that they will still be together, according to Celebrity Dirty Laundry.
