It's official! Demon Hunter and Broken Isles will be part of the sixth expansion for "World of Warcraft." Entitled "Legion," the MMO's expansion will include new classes, maps, and the return of previous characters. According to Ubergizmo, the new Demon Hunter Class is only available for two races, the Night Elves and Blood Elves. Similar to that of the Death Knight, the upcoming hero class will be advanced in a higher level, around 95-100, contrasted with the other classes. In addition, the new hero class is great for aerial combat and can double jump as well. Because the character is blind, it solely relies on "magically augmented sight."

The statement indicated that gamers can dominate foes as a Demon Hunter, an elven outcast that was shunned for wielding the terrible powers of the Legion. The statement further described the abilities of a Demon Hunter such as exhibiting superior mobility and a preternatural sense of awareness.

Demon Hunters can also tap into forbidden powers during times of great need, wherein it allows the character to metamorphosize into terrifying fel forms. Lastly, the statement read: "Focus on Havoc to demolish any who stand in your way with fiery demonic attacks, or specialize in Vengeance and go toe to toe with even the most powerful demons, withstanding massive punishment as their attacks fuel your hatred."

As for the new continent, Christian Today stated that it will be called Broken Isles, a familiar map previously mentioned in "Warcraft 3." No further details were discussed regarding the new continent which makes fans more eager to explore the new scenario. Reports also added that previous characters - Burning Legion and Illidan the Betrayer - will be returning for "Legion."
