Tom Clancy's The Division Xbox One, PS4, PC Update: Ubisoft talks 'Rogue' in Dark Zone Map, PVP Mode and MORE game features

Tom Clancy's The Division stole the spotlight where it was playable hands-on last week at the recently concluded Gamescom 2015. Despite some drawbacks surrounding several delays on the game's release date, Ubisoft continues to keep the hype going and excite the fans with the latest gameplay teases on what to look forward to in the upcoming RPG when they finally get their hands on this masterpiece this coming March 8, 2016.

PlayStation Lifestyle reports on Ubisoft talking some more about Tom Clancy's The Division latest reveals on 'Rogue' status in Dark Zone, PVP and other details during a Q&A held with the fans via the game developer's official blog site.

The Senior Game Designer for Ubisoft, Matthieu Delisle, has discussed these gameplay features to satisfy the curiosity of fans.

At Ubisoft's website Delisle explains, "When you turn Rogue, you get a bounty on your head and all the players can see it. The more you kill, the bigger the bounty. You climb the levels of Rogue by killing other players. If you are a level one Rogue, you're Rogue for two minutes."

"But if you kill more players, you're Rogue for a longer period of time. Every time you kill a player you refresh that counter and it increases up to five minutes. If you manage to survive your Rogue status - which is pretty difficult because all the players want to kill you and can see you on the map - then you receive your own bounty. So you can progress in the Dark Zone by being a Rogue but it's pretty risky and difficult," he added.

Ubisoft has also talked about Dark Zone PvP support and confirmed that the exact number of players is yet to be determined but assured fans that there will be more than nine players. Back at E3 last June, the developer cited that it only had 3 teams of 3 to pit against one another in the PVP area called the Dark Zone for demo purposes.

"The exact number of players that we will have in the Dark Zone is something that we will have to decide and we have to balance it by means of testing and player feedback from debating December", Online Producer Johan Oldbring stated. "But will we have more than 9 players? Hell yes."

According to Ubisoft, there will just be one Dark Zone in Tom Clancy's The Division for the game's PvP mode, however, it will be a massive map for the entire gaming experience.

Tom Clancy's The Division release date is set March 8, 2016 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC platforms.
