Marvel fans sure are excited for the upcoming Avengers: infinity War Part I. Details for the movie are still scarce, however, rumors are rampant concerning the film's plot. Rumor mill suggests that Magus might appear in the upcoming film, as well as Chris Pratt's Peter Quill.
Following the events in the Avengers: Age of Ultron where Thanos was seen having the Infinity gauntlet, rumors have surfaced that he might wreak havoc in the upcoming Infinity War. However, it now seems like he will not be the only one who will challenge the heroes.
According to Movie news Guide, it is rumored that Ultron will return in the upcoming movie in the person of Magus. Although he was previously thought to have been killed by Vision, speculations suggest that he was merely absorbed back into the Mind stone.
Reports suggest that he might come back in the form of Adam Warlock's evil alter ego, Magus, and is rumored to make evil doppelgangers of the Avengers, and has an ambition of creating a Universe of Evil. Casting for the role is reportedly underway, and news about the character is expected to be released soon.
Meanwhile, aside from Ultron's return in the form of Magus, as reported by Franchise Herald rumors suggest that fans might also see Chris Pratt's Guardians of the Galaxy character, Peter Quill in the upcoming film.
This rumor first started when the actor revealed that he has more movies in his contract with Marvel than just a few other instalments for Guardians of the Galaxy. "I'm tied to doing three more, or five more, Guardians of the Galaxy or whatever it is, you know, two more Guardians plus another couple." Pratt said.
As for the Infinity Stones that Thanos is aiming to gather, it was previously reported that one of the stones might appear in the upcoming Doctor Strange. However, it has not been revealed yet, which of the two stones left will be featured.
Mind Stone, Space Stone, Reality Stone, and the Power Stone have already made their debuts in the MCU, and according to reports the two stones left to be revealed are the Soul and Time stones.
More details about Avengers: Infinity War Part I are expected to be announced as production progress for the film. It is set to be directed by Anthony and Joe Russo. Look for it in theaters in May 04, 2018.
