Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Lawsuit: Speaks Out On Assault After ‘Communication Gone Wrong’

By

With Sean 'Diddy' Combs' lawsuit, he could no longer watch his son's football practices at UCLA. Combs poured his heart out on what really happened when he was arrested in June during an interview with The Breakfast Club Power 105.1 on Monday, August 17.

The hip hop mogul, 45, claimed that the kettlebell dispute was a case of miscommunication with his son, Justin's coach Sal Alosi. According to Combs he approached the coach to check his son's status in the game. The rapper went on saying that it all was rooted on the coach's disciplinary measures with his son, Radar Online reports.

"When you have a child that plays sports, you're actually giving your child up to those coaches," Combs told Power 105's The Breakfast Club Monday. "You have to be able to take a lot. As a Combs, my sons, they have to be able to take a lot, you can't have no soft skin. But I think there's a fine line, too, and I think that there's times when you have to just communicate and find out what's going on and be by your children's side."

Puff Daddy, who is the father of six further claimed that it happened after communication has gone wrong. He was not charged in the lawsuit, but for the mean time, he could no longer watch his son's practices, Today reports. His son Justin, 21, who plays junior cornerback for Bruins had fixed everything with the head coach Jim Mora. Watch the interview HERE.

Back on June 22, the music producer was apprehended by UCLA cops after assaulting Alosi inside the UCLA campus. Combs lawsuit includes three counts of assault with a deadly weapon, one count of making terrorist threats, and one count of battery, Daily Mail reports.

The Los Angeles District Attorney didn't consider the case for felony charges, however it seems the 45-year-old rapper is still not off-the-hook after the LA City Attorney planned to file misdemeanor charges.
