A Ukrainian Retail website has published a device of what seems to be the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 3 8. The specs of the device are given on the product page, which would suggest that it will come out as a budget tablet.
The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 3 8 is said to measure around 210mm x 146mm x 7mm and weights 420g. It sports an 8-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 800pixels, and has a centralized rotatable 8-megapixel camera. Several images of the device are also included in the post, so many could expect on how Lonovo's new toy would look like once it is officially launched to the market.
Under the hood, the tablet will run on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The storage can be expanded via microSD, but there’s no indication of the maximum supported capacity.
As for the connectivity, the Yoga Tablet 3 8 is said to have WiFi and Bluetooth modules. The Ukrainian retail store posted two variants of the device, one with 4G LTE and the other, without. It also hinted that the device will ship out pre-installed with Android 5.1 Lollipop software.
Although the given specs sounds like a low-end budget tablet, its biggest kick is its battery life. It was leaked that the 6200mAh battery can power the device for up to 20 hours.
Besides the 8" version of the Yoga 3, Lenovo may also release a 10" version of the tablet, which they did a year ago with the Yoga 2 tablets. Aside from being slightly bigger, it is believed that it could also have more performance under the hood. The price for the rumored Yoga 3 is still unknown, but there is an idea that it may come out at about $199 since it was the case of Yoga 2 8.
While Lenovo hasnt officially introduced the product, the product page is still live online. Then again, it could still serve as a good reference for tablet buyers.
