Instead of directly reacting to another diss from rapper Drake, hiphop recording artist Meek Mill chose to use his friend-turned-rival's diss on Instagram. Meanwhile, Drake's third diss track is said to end Mill's career if it will be released.
DISREGARDING THE DISS
On Sunday, Meek Mill posted a video of his girlfriend Nicki Minaj's Pink print tour in Edmonton, Canada. He said he was glad to be part of the show. According to MTV, this seemed to be in response to Drake's diss lyrics of the song "Back to Back". Based on the lyrics, Drake was asking if Mill was on a "world tour" or just with his "girl's tour".
Hollywood Life reports that Meek Mill opened the show during Nicki Minaj's show. Meanwhile, Nicki Minaj also happily shared the concert on Instagram, not minding Drake's diss.
NEW DISS
Aside from "Charged Up" and "Back to Back", Drake reportedly has a new song intended for Mill. The rapper however has chosen not to release the third diss track because it is not worth it, reports Inquistr. He however said that if he does so, it might be the end of Mill's career for good. It was reported that this decision was influenced by Mill's ending their rift through a recent post on Instagram.
Meek Mill posted something about "focusing on making it out that's the only war we fighting". He said he should not have entertained Drake's comments because it would not give him fame or fortune. Mill also said that he does not see why he should be responding more to Drake's disses which is not his lifestyle. The post has been since deleted.
Meek Mill and Drake, who have been friends before and even collaborated in songs, began their rift by also using their songs as well as social media. Drake and Nicki Minaj were also reported to be not in good terms.
