"American Horror Story" veteran Sarah Paulson will be joining the fifth season of the show and she was recently interviewed about her fourth Emmy nomination. Paulson was nominated again for Outstanding Supporting Actress for her role as twins Betty and Dot Tattler.
According to Design & Trend, the "American Horror Story" veteran Sarah Paulson is still very nervous despite getting nominated for an Emmy for the fourth time now. The 40-year-old revealed that she is one of those people who do not sleep the night before the actual Emmy Awards night and noted that it is always scary because it is an enormous honor for her to be nominated by the Academy.
The first Emmy nomination of Paulson was back in 2012 for her role as Nicole Wallace in "Game Change." She was nominated for the second time in 2013 for her role as Lana Winters on "American Horror Story: Asylum" and last year, she was nominated again for her role as Cordelia Goode Fox on "American Horror Story: Coven." Now, she is nominated again for the Outstanding Supporting Actress as she portrayed the role of conjoined twins Betty and Dot Tattle in "American Horror Story: Freak Show."
Meanwhile, Yibada reported that the actress is very excited to meet Lady Gaga. In the report, Paulson shared, "It's just really pathetic. It's really just because I'm in awe of her talent and I really think she's going to be an incredible addition to the show. I just think she's a perfect fit. I can't want to have that experience. But you know, I'm a fan before I'm anything else, that's for sure."
As for other veterans of "American Horror Story," Mare Winningham will be back for "American Horror Story: Hotel," Vine Report teased. Accordingly, she will play the role of a laundress in the hotel. She will be acting alongside newcomers Cheyenne Jackson, Denise O'Hare, Matt Bomer, Max Greenfield, and Naomi Campbell.
Two new promos for the show have already been released and these are entitled "Beauty Rest" and "Do Not Disturb." Were you thrilled to see the teaser videos? The fifth season of the show will premiere this fall.
