A couple of months back, Google revealed the Android M OS and made the declaration at Google I/O 2015, and soon the developer sneak peek was made accessible for download for the Nexus gadgets.
With this news, Neuro Gadget cited that the search engine goliath will release a month to month update for the developer preview builds. The website also pointed out that as soon as the testing timeframe is done, they will release the Android 5.2 M update for the Nexus 5, Nexus 6, and Nexus 9.
Although the news was revealed, the multi-billion dollar organization did not pinpoint an exact date of release for the Android 5.2 M, Android News Center reported. The Android news website also stated that it is logical to assume that the formal release of the operating system will be from October to November.
Another speculation that the experts are looking into is that the Android 5.2 M will be released as a pre-installed operating software for Google's upcoming Nexus flagship devices. The next Google flagship devices to be released in the coming months are the LG-manufactured Nexus 5 and the larger version of the previous which will be made by Huawei.
According to reports, Huawei will release a 5.7inch Quad HD screen with a Snapdragon 810 or 810 SoC, 4GB of RAM and USB Type-C as well as the fingerprint scanner feature, while LG will offer the 5.2inches and it will highlight a Snapdragon 620 chipset, 4GB of RAM, USB Type-C, and a fingerprint scanner.
Android GS, on the other hand, has slammed the rumors that the next Android will be named Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The tech website, however, did not contradict the Marshmallow, since it has been confirmed by the search engine giant, but the series and cited that it is illogical to say that the next series will be 6.0 considering that the current version is as 5.1.1.
Nonetheless, regardless if the upcoming version will be named Android 5.2 Marshmallow or Android 6 Marshmallow, the most important thing it should have are the updates and fixes for the current Lollipop issue, most notably the Stagefright Hack, which in anyway still remains a threat to the 950 strong android users.
