As per reports, Megan Fox' divorce with her ex-husband, Brian Austin Green would cost her spousal support. On Wednesday, August 26, Fox was seen in public, her first appearance after the divorce announcement last week.

The "Transformers" actress, 29, looks serious as she strolls in LA with her little tot, Bodhi on a stroller. She wore a white top, ripped jeans and flip flops. Megan covered herself under a huge black hat and a classic signature shades. She kept her low-profile look as she walk on the street that day.

"It looked as if she had been crying and she appeared to wipe away a tear in front of me," a photographer told Daily Mail.

That day, she was also spotted without her wedding ring on her finger. Witnesses can't help but compare the latest sighting of the actress to her former husband who still wears his wedding band on his left hand on Friday, UsWeekly reports.

Fox filed divorce to Green at the Los Angeles County Superior Court on Friday, citing irreconcilable differences. She is seeking joint physical and legal custody of her two sons, Noah, 2, and 18-month-old son Bodhi. Latest reports say that the "90210" alum is most likely to receive spousal support from his partner of 11 years.

In December, Megan and Brian met a head-to-head collision with a drunk driver leaving the actor with a debilitating condition of vertigo, according to New York Daily News. Since then he was tied in bed and left him unable to work. The disparity in their income made him qualified to get a spousal support from the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles actress."

It is said that Megan's divorce with Brian is amicable since they remain to live together in the same house even after they called it quits. Another insider said that the two still love each other dearly and there's a strong chance of reconciliation between the two.
