The new Hitman game is truly hard to miss as IO Interactive and Square Enix presented its 15-minute video at the PAX Prime this weekend. The developers had repeatedly said not to consider this Hitman as a reboot but an entirely different one which will then lead to other installments. The gameplay video, dubbed "Showstopper," has Agent 47 coming inside a fashion show to take down a target.

This might indeed be an altogether new Hitman game, as there are a lot of unique ways to accomplish the missions, as reported in Cinema Blend. From hopping over fences, going through drain pipes, walking down basements, or balancing across ledges; these are just some of the options players can make their way through the sandbox locations and find their target.

The game will take players to different and magnificent locations. From Paris to Marrakesh, players have as much freedom to go anywhere and make their kill. According to Coming Soon, each of these locations will be an animated sandbox, where every NPC has a name and every single room matters. The player possesses the skills and intellect of Agent 47; enabling him/her to do the assassination with sheer force or set up a perfect assassination.

Overall, the game looks promising, as seconded by Attack of the Fan Boy report. The report mentioned that although the video is an alpha footage, the graphics improved a lot as compared in Absolution. With different locations, there are many ways to explore levels and many more weapons and gadgets to choose from. From a silencer pistol, knife, a fully loaded assault rifle, wrench, axe, to sword; the choice is entirely up to the player.

This gameplay video from the new Hitman game proved that the game is something to get excited about and to be added on a player's list come its release on December 8. To Hitman purists, their fantasies as an assassin will come to life in Agent 47.
