The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Heart of Stone Expansion Almost Finished for October Launching; CD Projekt RED Teases Good News for Gwent Fans

CD Projekt Red has announced that all the 16 free DLC for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt are now available for download for every platform, as the game's first expansion titled Heart of Stone is nearly finished. The game developer has also teased some good news coming its way for Gwent fans.

Marcin Iwiński, co-founder of CD PROJEKT RED, stated last month that they have been releasing free DLCs since the game launched and this this time, New Game + and the final of these DLC releases marks a special moment for them.

Players "can now restart their adventure and see how the story turns out if they make different choices than on their first play-through," says Iwiński from the game's official website.

"I'd like to extend my thanks to all the gamers who played our game and gave these DLCs a try. Nothing makes a developer happier than seeing gamers have fun with what they created," added Iwiński .

Below is the list of all the free DLCs released for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt since launch which are available for download on Xbox One, PC, and PS4.

In addition, Dualschockers reports that CD Projekt RED's Travis Currit revealed that the first expansion called Heart of Stone is "almost ready and shaping up really nicely." This newest expansion will be out in October with 10 hours of exciting new content.

Currit has also teased that there are good news awaiting those who love Gwent when he was asked if the developer will release a stand-alone version of the collectible card game, Gwent.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has sold six million copies within its first six weeks on store shelves. The open-world RPG developed by Polish company, CD Projekt RED, was released on May 19 for the Xbox One, PS4, and PC platforms.
