The iPad Mini 4 could be launched in October along with the iPad Pro and iPad 3 as the suppliers will reportedly just deliver the parts of the devices to Apple's partner Foxconn this month.
Yibada reports that the Apple Insider, JPMorgan analyst said its clients that Apple will probably repeat its patterned release in October to unveil the new groups of iPad Air and iPad Mini along with the new "pallet" iPad Pro.
However, there has been inconsistent speculations regarding to the official release date of the new iPads. Previously, the iPad Pro, iPad Air 3 and iPad Mini 4 have been speculated to launch on a Sept. 9 event alongside new iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus.
According to Christian Today, the latest version of the iPad Mini 4 is being claimed by numerous reports that it will feature enhancements over the iPad mini 3, including the addition of the new A9 processor that's said allows split-screen view. The device might also include a 2 GB of RAM and an 8-megapixel iSight camera, similar to the existing iPad Air 2. The iPad mini 4 is also expected to be thinner and lighter comparedto its forerunner.
Furthermore, the 7.9in iPad mini 4 that is reported set to be unveiled in October 2015 and a slated release date two weeks later will also include a Wi-Fi for connectivity, Gospel Herald wrote. However, the site also stated that a report from Tech times claimed that the iPad Mini 4 will not have many advances from its iPad Mini 3 precursor.
It is also said that it will not include substantial specification upgrade and will even come as a scaled-down variant of the criticized MacBook Air. According to tech times, the iPad Mini 4 will be prepared with an A8X processor, like the chip that the iPad Air 2 has.
The tech giant has not yet passed any information or confirmation with regard to its pricing details, official release date schedule and speculated features. Thus, all of the statements written above still remain in a rumor state at this moment.
