Acer's two new handsets, Liquid Jade Z and Liquid Z410 are arriving in the U.S this month of September. The Company aimed to target consumers who have a budget lower than the Apple and Samsung's gadget prices.

The Digital Trends reports that Acer regularly stays clear of the United States considering Southeast Asia that has always been its main markets. But now, Acer seems to be looking at making breakers in the U.S. at the lower-end of the range.

According to MNR daily, the 5-inch Liquid Jade Z with an HD (1,280 x 720 pixels) display, said to be the star of the show. This device reportedly comes in thin, light design with a quad-core MediaTek processor.

On the other hand, Acer's 4.5-inch Liquid Z410 smartphone with an HD (540 x 960 pixels) display was stated slightly less impressive than its sibling. The handset said to run on a MediaTek processor. Both devices are reportedly running on Android 4.4.4 Kitkat.

According to the Ecumenical News, the two Acer handsets are unlocked and include dual-SIM capabilities. The Acer Liquid Jade Z comes in two variants. First is the Liquid Jade Z with 1GB RAM, 16GB internal memory that can be expanded through a MicroSD lot. Second is the Jade Z Plus with 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal memory. Both variants come packed with a 2300 mAh battery. The device sports a 13 MP rear-camera with an F1.8 aperture and LED flash, and a 5-MP with an F2.2 aperture selfie- camera.

As for the Acer Liquid Z410, an entry-level smartphone offers two versions, too. The first version includes 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal memory, while the second version has 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal memory. Both handsets come packed with a 2000 mAh battery. The Liquid Z410 is said to feature a 5 MP rear camera with auto focus and LED flash, and a 2 MP front-facing camera with an 80 degree wide-angle lens.

For its pricing concern, Acer's Liquid Jade model is stated available at $229 and the Jade Z Plus at $249. Whereas, Acer Liquid Z410 version with 1GB RAM and 8 GB of internal memory can be purchased in $129 while its second version with 2GB RAM and 16 GB of internal memory comes at $149.
