'Complications' Season 2 Update: Show Cancelled By USA Network, Fans' Top Questions Revealed

By

Fans of the show "Complications" have been welcomed by a sad news as a season 2 of the show will no longer be seen in USA Network. The show was cancelled leaving fans puzzled about the cliffhangers left unresolved in the finale of season 1.

In a report by Bustle, the fans have been asking the most important question: How far can Dr. John Ellison go to protect himself and his family? Apparently, fans of the series have a lot of questions that will remain unanswered if in case there won't be any other network that would take the show in.

One of the many questions that fans are asking is that who was the person who called John. The caller has caused John's peaceful life to be disturbed. Another is Ingrid's possibility of staying clean and what ever happened to Jed.

Just a recap of the season 1 finale, John was recovering from the fact that his wife, Samantha, cheated on him and amid all these, he just knew that Detective Holden was hunting Antwon. It was revealed to John that Holden was a dirty cop so he went to the hospital where Antwon was being taken care of, Mstarz reported.

It was previously reported that "Complications" was not renewed for a second season because the network was gearing towards a new creative direction. It was also reported that the show has had mediocre ratings. According to the sources, USA Network will be having more shows entitled "Colony" and "Queen of the South." These dramas have a strong pipeline unlike "Complications."

"Complications" creator Mat Nix talked about the series if it was given a second season. He shared, "All those relationships carry forward, including the new relationship he has with his wife." He explained that Samantha and John's relationship will carry on and they will do everything to protect their family.

"Complications" season 2 will no longer be happening as USA Network cancelled it due to low ratings. The network is also looking for more dramatic shows to replace the cancelled series.
