One of the episodes for "The Vampire Diaries" Season 7 will be directed by Ian Somerhalder as he posted a photo of himself standing behind the camera. It is also expected that Stephan and Caroline will have a romantic relationship for the upcoming season but it is rumored that the two will be having a baby as a result of their love.
Yibada reported that fans speculated that Ian Somerhalder will be directing one of the upcoming episodes of the show's seventh season. According to the report, this is not far from happening as his co-star Paul Wesley directed one episode in season 6. There has been no confirmation about this yet but the rumors about Somerhalder directing at least one episode of "The Vampire Diaries" season 7 has surfaced months ago.
Meanwhile, cast members Annie Wersching and Michael Malarkey have been sharing photos from the series that has gotten fans excited. Design & Trend reported that photos have been posted on the actors' Instagram accounts.
The photos that were uploaded seemed to be taken in between breaks while shooting for the upcoming episodes of The CW series. At one point, Wersching, who plays the role of Lily Salvatore, posted a photo of Somerhalder with Wesley looking at the latter's mobile device. The caption says that the duo was reading some of the tweets about them and the show.
It has also been reported that the budding relationship of Stefan and Caroline could result to them having a baby in "The Vampire Diaries" Season 7. This is due to the fact that Candice Accola, the actress playing the role of Caroline, just announced her pregnancy in real life. It remains unknown how the series creators will be incorporating the actress' pregnancy in the story line as vampires could not conceive a child due to their nature, Christian Today reported.
"The Vampire Diaries" Season 7 could see Stefan and Caroline having a baby but no details have been released about this yet. Ian Somerhalder, who plays Damon Salvatore in the series, will reportedly direct one of the upcoming episodes of the show. The series will be back for its seventh season on The CW on October 8.
