Veteran British actor Richard E. Grant has been casted to join the upcoming "Game of Thrones" Season 6 but there were no details released as to what character will he play. The actor has been in some of HBO's previous shows such as "Girls" as well as other BBC shows "Doctor Who" and "Downtown Abbey."
According to Entertainment Weekly, Richard E. Grant is not the only new face that fans of the show will see in the upcoming episodes. The series just previously casted Ian McShane and Max von Sydow. McShane's role is under the wraps just like Grant's while Sydow's role is said to be him reprising his previous character as the Three-Eyed Raven.
Other "Game of Thrones" Season 6 additional cast are "UnReal" Freddie Storma. He will be playing the role of Dickon Tarly. Pilou Asbæk will also be seen as Euron Greyjoy, the uncle of Theon, Variety reported.
Meanwhile Den of Geek speculated that the additional characters will be seeing more of the Tarly's family tree in "Game of Thrones" Season 6. He publication reported that most of the additional characters are part of the Tarly family but it remains unknown that the storyline will be in the upcoming episodes of the show.
One of the biggest questions for "Game of Thrones" Season 6 is that if Jon Snow will be reincarnated or if he still lives. This has been the much-dodged question by the HBO series' creator, executive producer, and other cast members.
Other spoilers for the much-anticipated series is that Bran Stark will be back. He will reportedly catch up with Hodor and Meera but it is yet to be seen in which episode he will be appearing. It has also been revealed that the HBO series will be filming in Spain this upcoming season.
"Game of Thrones" Season 6 will see a batch of fresh faces. It is reported that most of the new characters will be from the Tarly family. The show will be coming back this April 2016 with no specific date yet.
