The much awaited announcement of Dark Souls 3 official release date on Xbox One and PS4 in Japan has just been revealed by Bandai Namco, although, the Western launching is yet to be confirmed shortly. Also, pre-ordering the game will be up starting early next month and will come with special map as well as the soundtrack.
The game's official website has officially revealed that the official release date for From Software's Dark Souls 3 will be happening on March 24, 2016 in Japan for Xbox One and PS4 consoles. The PC launch date and western release are not yet set, though.
Game developer From Software, however, has further announced that the worldwide launching of Dark Souls 3 will be confirmed in the coming days including the arrival date of the game to PC. In addition, a network test for the PS4 Edition will take place on October 16 up to 18 so as to gather feedback from gamers and further improve the game as well as check on its online performance, Gematsu reported.

In earlier report, the game's global brand manager Mike Chang revealed a darker narrative, dense world, and the possible return of characters from previous titles in the franchise. Chang also stated that the development team is working on creating the franchise's smartest and most brutal Aritificial Intelligence combatants to ever appear in the game.
Fans can also watch out for more exciting details at Tokyo Game Show 2015 starting Thursday, September 17, up to 20 as Bandai Namco is slated to unveil Dark Souls 3 and a number of its upcoming titles such as Tales of Zestiria and Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4.
Dark Souls 3 is the 3rd installment to the franchise under the belt of Bloodborne creator From Software and set to hit Xbox One and PS4 March 24th next year in Japan. Release date for PC hardware and US including other regions will be announced very soon.
