The self-proclaimed "King of Instagram" Dan Bilzerian who flaunts his riches on social media just got his house robbed. The robbers target were his oblivious gun collection he keeps in his home.
The 34-year-old constantly shares his riches on his instagram account. He specifically posts more of his armoury collection in his home. Just recently his house was robbed while he was at New Yorks' Electric Zoo Music Festival. According to New York Daily News, the police were certain that the robbers were targeting his gun collection; it was evident that there was an attempted force entry in the room where he keeps them. Bilzerian stated that the robbers spray painted the cameras stationed outside of his house, then came in the house to do the same in the cameras inside.
When the robbers were already able to get inside the house, the alarm went off and the police were able to prevent the success of the robbery. The police are uncertain as to how many robbers were able to enter the house, reports from Inquisitr stated. The keys to his Bentley were even stolen, although his car was not brought along with it.
As noted by Hollywood Gossip, he is very well known for posting women and his guns on social media. There is no surprise that robbers would target him, given he has flaunted his riches to the world already. He earns some of his money through gambling, also famous for playing poker. But though he boasts his riches to the public, the poker player is also generous and soft. He even held a contest for his fans and the like.
Bilzerian has not made a public comment of the incident yet. However, it has been clear that he will be increasing his security facilities from here on then.
