Fallout 4 Season Pass, DLC, and Updates To Come for the Upcoming Title; Bethesda Hears Fan Feedback

By

Fallout 4 has been noted to be one of the most awaited games of the generation and lot of hype, massive expectation and unending news have surrounded the community for the past months. Now that the game is coming closer to its awaited release date, Bethesda pushes more details to the anticipating fans of the series.

According to Game Spot, Bethesda recently announced what appears to be the first in a series of downloadable content for Fallout 4. It was noted that the publisher is to offer a Season Pass, priced least at a handsome $30 minimum, with all the Fallout 4 DLC that they could possibly give. The downloadable content is still, at the moment, undetermined as to what form it will take, and fans are not meant to see it until next year.

Bethesda was quoted stating, "Since we're still hard at work on the game, we don't know what the actual DLC will be yet, but it will start coming early next year. Based on what we did for Oblivion, Fallout 3, and Skyrim, we know that it will be worth at least $40, and if we do more, you'll get it all with the Season Pass."

As reported by Express, there are a number of expansions and mods to be added in the upcoming title, and it would be safe to assume that Fallout 4 will have the same number of downloadable content for the next number of months. For Fallout 3, Bethesda launched about five paid DLC expansions, namely Operation Anchorage, The Pitt, Broken Steel, Point Lookout, and Mothership Zeta that had new quests, items and achievements among others.

Vg247 delivered that there are still a few more things to fix and add to Fallout 4, and that would perhaps explain why some details are yet to be publicized. Apart from downloadable contents, Bethesda plans to give out regular free updates to the title, similar to what was done with Skyrim. Bethesda says that they are willing to work with the fans to sort out which additions would appeal to the fans, such as features and tweaks that would matter in the near future.

Fans of the franchise should only hold on for a little bit longer, as the nearing release date for Fallout 4, November 10, is only two months away.
